The objective of our work is to guide you through the necessary path to improve your quality of life and maximize the options to reach your goal. To do this, we will make a first appointment in which we will collect all the necessary information to do our planning. In this first appointment we will fill a complete questionnaire with detailed questions about your health and lifestyle. In the session we will review your history, from menarche to the current moment, including the blood test you have available that will also help us to find which supplements may be interesting in your particular case.

Within one  week  you will receive  a document that will include personalized recommendations to your case that include: a menu prepared by a dietitian specialized in hormonal health, some dietary guidelines so that you can learn to make your own menus, recommendations on lifestyle habits and exercise. Later we will follow up  an adapt the plan to your situation and your preferences.

There are no magic recipes to improve fertility or balance hormonal health, our job is to cover all possible fields that can improve your health and quality of life to help you on the way to your goal. We will not be able to know if the key was there, not even if we achieve all the goals, but we will know that we contributed everything that was in our power.
